GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to the online sale of tickets to visit the MAIN TOWER viewing platform (also "Provider") to the visitor (also "Customer"). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges the GTC in the respectively valid version as the sole authoritative for the contractual relationship.

2. Conclusion of the contract
The offers in the MAIN TOWER online shop are non-binding and do not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking on the button "order for a fee" in the final step of the ordering process, you bindingly declare that you want to purchase the contents of the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time. However, the request can only be submitted and submitted if the customer has accepted these terms and conditions by clicking on the buttons
"Yes, I have read and agree to the terms and conditions" and
"Yes, I have read and agree to the privacy policy"
and has thereby included them in his application. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by transmitting the tickets (the type of transmission in accordance with clause 9 is specified by the customer).
3. Tickets
The MAIN TOWER observation deck may only be entered with a valid online ticket. Children under the age of 6 are allowed free of charge on the MAIN TOWER and must be accompanied by an adult supervisor. Tickets for children and reduced tickets can only be obtained at the ticket office of the MAIN TOWER.
4. Loss of tickets
In the event of loss of an online ticket, there is no entitlement to a replacement ticket or any other replacement. The same applies in the event of theft or misuse.
5. Entry and access authorization
The online ticket entitles you to access during opening hours – you can find them on www.maintower.de. The online ticket does not have a fixed time slot and can be redeemed at any time. It loses its validity with access to the MAIN TOWER and validation at the ticket reading station. Tickets are non-transferable after entry. Online tickets that are falsified or manipulated in any other way do not entitle the holder to admission and will be confiscated by the MAIN TOWER without replacement or compensation. The same applies in the event of misuse of online tickets.
The MAIN TOWER is entitled to block areas of the viewing platform in whole or in part or to restrict access to them. In the event of weather-related closures, there are entitlements to reimbursement.
6. Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal (§ 13 BGB)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of
your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail, fax or a letter sent by post). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
7. Prices
All prices are final prices in Euro including the applicable VAT. The prices at the time of order apply.
8. Payment
The billing of the website via credit card and PayPal as well as the technical processing is carried out by Beckerbillett GmbH, Fangdieckstraße 61, 22547 Hamburg.
Payment of the purchase price must be made no later than 14 days after the date of the order. In the event of default, the customer must pay default interest to MAIN TOWER in the amount of 5% above the base interest rate. The customer's obligation to pay default interest does not preclude the assertion of further damages caused by default.
9. Delivery / Shipping
Your order will be processed by us immediately, but no later than as soon as possible after it has been received. The online tickets will be made available to the customer
a) as print@home tickets. After successfully completing the payment process, the customer receives his ticket in PDF format by e-mail and can print it out himself.
b) provided as a QR code by email.
There will be no postal dispatch.
10. Data protection
Attention is drawn to the fact that the data necessary in the context of business transactions are processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. The data will only be collected, processed and used for the purposes of business processing and only for the duration of the transaction, after which it will be deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to contracts between the Provider and the Customers, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and the provider is the registered office of the provider. The contract remains binding in its remaining parts even if individual points are legally invalid.
